Dao Nguyen is a senior technician and one of the lead technical authorities at Cool Aid Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Working alongside owner Jim McKinny, Dao helps carry the company's standard of doing the job right into the field every day across the San Francisco Bay Area.
Much of Dao's work is on the commercial side — keeping walk-in coolers, reach-in units, ice machines, and rooftop HVAC systems running for the restaurants, hotels, and businesses that can't afford downtime.
