A Family Tradition Since 1966
That other guy waving on the roof there… That’s Bryant Seaton. Yep, the same Bryant Seaton from the professional Canadian Hockey League.
I asked him why he didn’t continue playing hockey, and he said “because he had one too many injuries that prevented him from doing just that, and had to find another career”.
That man to the left in the white shirt on the roof waving,.. That’s Glenn McKinny.
Glenn McKinny was a Chief Engineer in the U.S. Navy.
Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration has been our family business since Glenn McKinny’s honorable discharge in 1966. Starting out in San Diego, California, our family purchased Bailey’s Refrigeration from Mr. Bailey, and ran that operation on Broadway in El Cajon for a while before selling it back to him, after opening Glenco Refrigeration.
Some years had passed before opening All Temp Refrigeration Air Conditioning And Heating, which is who we’ve been for the past 31 years.
Other companies we own, are McKinny Air Conditioning And Heating, and COOL AID Air Conditioning And Refrigeration.
We are primarily a Service Company, for Commercial, and Residential Air Conditioning and Heating, and Commercial Refrigeration Repairs, and Maintenance.
We are licensed by the State of California, and have all the necessary insurances.

We believe our customers wanted to find a reputable company who not only know’s what they are doing, but does a professional job, and at a fair price, so that is who we are, and what we do!
Vision
Our goal, is to open other locations throughout California, to serve our many customers who also have other locations throughout the state. We currently have locations in San Diego, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
Values
- We know everything is expensive these days, so we figure, if it's fixable, then let's fix it! And if it's not, we'll definitely let you know, but it's our primary objective to repair whatever refrigeration, a/c, or heating unit you need repaired.
